If you need to return your art kit for any reason, there are three main points to remember:

Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order

This then allows you 14 days to return the kit to us! (We pay the postage!)

When we receive the return, we will then refund your money within 14 days
Please do make sure you contact us first, because unfortunately we can’t accept returned goods without prior authorization. Simply call us on 01225 819241 or email us at info@artway.co.uk to let us know about the return. The goods must be in the same condition as you received them for full credit allowance, so make sure you pack them carefully and securely, and if possible, obtain a proof of postage - we will cover the cost of this postage in your refund!
If the goods are not faulty (for example - you have simply changed your mind, or perhaps you’ve withdrawn from your course) then unfortunately you must cover the cost of the return shipping. If the goods are not faulty and you miss the 14-day window to inform us of your return, then an admin fee of £2.50 will be deducted from your refund (in addition to paying for shipping). So, don’t forget to let us know within 14 days!
